报告摘要：

We obtain a nontrivial exponent on intersection between pencils of $\delta$-tubes, under non-concentration conditions. In fact we show it is equivalent to the discretized sum-product problem. Then we employ this estimate from additive combinatorics to geometric measure theory, obtaining nontrivial results on dimensions of radial projections. This is joint work with Chun-Yen Shen.
